They are dedicated to walking beside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and wholehearted living.
“You will learn to recognize self-defeating thought patterns as we develop skills together.
More importantly, you will gain the courage and wherewithal to assert your own best decision-making and the ability to walk towards the life you want to live.”
Meet
Avrohom J. Weiss, LMFT, ACS
Relationship Counselor and Psychotherapist
Approved Clinical Supervisor
I believe that therapy is the place for blossoming and becoming. It is a place for self-discovery and developing into the person you want to be. I have worked in various therapeutic and educational settings, gaining extensive experience with diverse populations.
In addition to my clinical experience, I have worked in the field of education for over 20 years, holding both educational and administrative positions in the US and abroad.
After graduating with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013, my early clinical experiences were formed at the Family Institute of Neve Yerushalayim in Jerusalem, Israel, where I served as a staff therapist and a volunteer on their domestic violence unit.
I worked for several years at Tikva at Ohel, Ohel Children’s Home and Family Services’ outpatient mental health clinic, as well as a foster care case planner aiding children and their families under the administration of Child Protective Services (ACS).
I served as an Intensive In-Community (IIC) service provider, providing individual and family therapy to families in crisis.
I served as an associate therapist in private practice settings throughout the tri-state area for close to ten years, where I have developed expertise aiding my clients suffering from anxiety, depression, OCD, parenting and family challenges, as well as relationship conflict.
In 2023, I opened Robust Living Therapy in Rutherford, New Jersey, to provide expert mental health care to the population of Northern New Jersey and beyond.
“I believe that healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Life can be overwhelming at times—whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, family conflict, anxiety, major life transitions, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can slow down, explore your experiences without judgment, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.”
Meet
Tania Munoz, LAMFT
Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves and the relationships that shape their lives. I believe that many of our struggles do not exist in isolation, but within the context of our families, communities, cultures, and life experiences. Together, we can explore these dynamics and identify new ways of relating to yourself and others that foster growth, healing, and connection.
My approach is collaborative, eclectic, and grounded in systemic thinking. I draw from a variety of Marriage and Family Therapy models and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques when appropriate. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe enough to be vulnerable, supported enough to take risks, and empowered enough to make changes that align with the life you want to live.
I am culturally sensitive and have experience working with individuals, couples, and families from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, and I am committed to honoring each client’s values, identity, and lived experiences. I believe that genuine connection transcends differences, and I approach every therapeutic relationship with curiosity, respect, and compassion.
One of the greatest privileges of this work is witnessing the resilience people carry, even when they can no longer see it themselves. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel supported through life’s challenges, gain deeper insight into yourself and your relationships, and develop the confidence to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
I graduated from Capella University with High Distinction and am proud to be affiliated with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), the New Jersey Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (NJAMFT), and the Delta Kappa International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
“My goal is to empower you to feel supported, understood, and capable of creating meaningful change in your life and relationships.”

Jaeda Henriquez, LAC
Licensed Associate Professional Counselor
As a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while building the skills and confidence needed to thrive. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Goldey-Beacom College in 2023 and have experience working in both community mental health and private practice settings.
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is client-centered and eclectic, allowing me to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, gaining new perspectives, and developing practical tools for lasting growth.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I enjoy helping clients strengthen self-worth, build resilience, and create healthier patterns in their daily lives and relationships.
I also enjoy working with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen their connection. With families, I focus on strengthening understanding, fostering healthier dynamics, and creating space for meaningful conversations that support lasting change.
At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. My role is to provide guidance, support, and encouragement as you navigate challenges and move toward the life and relationships you want. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change.
“Starting therapy can feel intimidating, whether it’s your first time or you’re returning in search of balance again. However you arrived here, I want you to know that you deserve a space that feels safe, supportive, and truly your own. My goal is to create an environment where you can show up as your authentic self while we work together to navigate whatever season of life you’re in.”
Meet
Kayla Lagunas, LAC
Licensed Associate Professional Counselor
As a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAC), I believe that healing begins with genuine human connection. I strive to bring a warm, open, and collaborative presence into every session, creating a relationship built on trust, compassion, and respect. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy—in fact, discovering those answers together is part of the journey.
My experience includes working with individuals, couples, and adolescents, including teens in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), as well as people from diverse and historically underserved communities. I have worked alongside individuals living with serious mental health concerns, co-occurring disorders, immigrants, and veterans, and these experiences have strengthened my belief that every person deserves to be understood within the context of their unique story.
I take an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy because I know that no two people are the same. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs by integrating mindfulness, creativity, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I am especially passionate about supporting clients who are navigating trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship stress, family conflict, self-esteem challenges, and the unique experiences that can come with being a first-generation individual balancing multiple cultures and expectations.
I particularly enjoy working with young adults, couples, and adolescents who are trying to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and build confidence during times of change. Whether you’re processing the past or feeling uncertain about the future, I believe meaningful growth happens when you have someone beside you who is willing to listen with curiosity and compassion.
As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, and I am committed to offering culturally responsive care that honors your background, values, and lived experiences. I believe therapy isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, find clarity, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
Above all, I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for lasting change. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered, knowing that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
